Turn order is determined by Charisma score for player characters, with the one with the highest going first, the second highest going second, and so on. As for your enemies, they will either all attack first (if they successfully surprised you), last (if one of you successfully surprised them), or alternate turns with your party, if you both saw each other coming. If it's alternate, the enemy with the highest Conviction will go after the player with the highest Charisma, then the next player will go, and so on until everyone has had a turn.
