These frightening creatures are the result of Philosophers who reached 0 hit levels, and were subsequently left out in the wilderness. Their minds underwent a process whereby they forgot everything but a few aspects of their beliefs, and their bodies wasted away, leaving nothing but a skeleton. They tend to be Single-minded, Aggressive and Not-All-There.

Ethology

They are most usually found in abandoned coffee houses, though it is not uncommon to find them wandering around anywhere sparsely populated. They can pose quite a threat to adventurers in large numbers.
