Here's the place to discuss the development of The Fantasy Lands.
The line between Conviction and Imagination is a bit poorly defined, however it is possible that some see Conviction as the remnants of the old ways. The area, as I see it, allows whoever has the highest conviction more or less to control the world around them completely while credibles are stuck covering their ears screaming that it is all just a dream. Then again, in Deixis, this is sometimes quite effective.
The Fantasy lands are basically what is keeping the world as it is balanced, if it were to break, 'Philosophy' would become significantly easier to everyone and science would more or less be lobbed out the window by all but the most boring creatures. The question is; is this a good thing?
Okay, ASH mentioned in the podcast that the Fantasy lands were off the edge of the world on the Pathos side. I had moved it to being on both the Logosian and Ethosian ends, but ASH's idea actually makes a lot more sense. I think I can make it work with only minor changes, the main problem is hunting them all down for this retcon.
What a pain.
