Holy site for all Catholics it traces it's origins back to the Minervan Empire before it's collapse. A semi indepentant city state inside of Ethos, near the Desert of the Gods. It has a small guard but elite guard of Catholic Philosophers as well as the Pope. Despite it's declining influence it is still a major player in Pathos politics.
